Patuxent and Walkersville squared off for the Maryland 2A State Championship and Patuxent came out on top 21-20. But that is only part of the story. Each team played hard, overcame adversity, and had a great season. But again, that doesn't tell it all. Because both of these teams focused on character and both teams were aided by an FCA Character Coach throughout the year. To impact a life for Jesus Christ is among the greatest callings we can have and men like Dave Showalter (Patuxent) and Timothy Fisher (Walkersville) are doing just that. Would you like to join them as a FCA volunteer? Please contact me at rdick@fca.org to join the team.
